The acceptance of really small child trafficing

WE have strong laws about trafficking, meaning the trade with humans. However, there is one completely accepted exception: that of the trade with very young children. Then it is instead denoted adoption and completely legit.

This is actually weird. That we allow private companies to make large money on selling you children to adults that want a child. To me, it seems this should be much more regulates and handled by governmental agencies, not private firms.
